Carbon Fibre Freediving Fins

Carbon Fibre Freediving Fins

Our carbon fibre freediving and spearfishing fins are the step up from composite, made by hand in our Tweed Heads workshop.

Carbon is a lot lighter and a lot more responsive than composite, with a faster memory and a more rigid feel. Memory is how quickly the blade springs back after it bends. A blade with faster memory is back in shape sooner and ready for the next kick. You lift and push the weight of your blades on every kick, so a lighter blade adds up over a long day in the water.

Our carbon range covers plain blades such as Stealth Black and our artist designs, including work by Naomi Gittoes and Nadia Dora. Each one comes in soft flex if you weigh under 85kg or medium flex if you weigh over 85kg. Every blade has our 30 degree heel, which means less knee bend when you fin on the surface, and a rounded tip that gives more thrust for the length of the blade. Single carbon blades are here too, if you need to replace one.

Our fins carry a 3 year warranty and we ship worldwide. If you are rock hopping or just starting out, composite is the tougher first set. For the weight of carbon with the toughness of composite, look at Innegra carbon. Our fin blade material guide compares all three.
